When do you update your shop?

My online shop is usually updated in large batches several times a year. If you would like to be notified in advance about the exact date, please sing up to my newsletter. I usually send email about an upcoming release a few days before and then again at the moment when it goes live. For more detailed info and updates, you can follow me on my Instagram.

Is there any reservation time for items in my shopping cart?

Unfortunately not, the Squarespace system does not allows me to set up any reservation time for items in your shopping cart. That means the items are not reserved for you until you complete the payment at checkout. If someone else complete purchase before you, you will not be able to order the item. I apologise for any inconvenience this may causes, but I am not able to change that.

My best advice is to be prepared and quick especially shortly after new release. Creating a customer account here can help. You can add the delivery address with payment methods and then be faster at checkout.

If you want to choose more items and be sure not to miss something you really want, you can make more separate orders. I will then combine them into one package and refund the overpayment on postage.

I want to add another product to my order. Is it possible?

If you place an order and decide to add another product later, just make another order and I will unite them into one shipment (please for sure leave a note at checkout). After shipping I will refund you the difference in postage.
